In the spirit of Day 18’s strategy found in The Anxiety Relief Guide, another game changer to my nutrition has been juicing. I have been juicing since the year 2000 and it’s made a huge difference in my health. I’m convinced some of the health challenges I’ve faced would have been worse had I not laid a good nutritional foundation for the past 20 years. Juicing extracts the nutrients from the fiber of fruits and veggies. This can be beneficial to give your digestive tract a bit of rest and get the nutrients more readily to your cells. It’s also a good way add more variety of vegetables in your diet–if you don’t like eating certain whole vegetables. It’s also helpful for those seeking to lose weight. This is the brand I personally own and have owned since 2009. The juicer lasted from 2009-2016 until I replaced it. You can’t go wrong with a juicer.
